Return and exchange policy

Spice your cap will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by our customer. For a full refund or exchange, you can contact us on customerservice@spiceyourcap.com, please include the original receipt within 14 days after receiving the product. Items cannot be returned or exchanged more than 14 days after receiving the original order. Items must be returned with all Spice your cap tags still attached and must be in their original packing.

How to return or exchange your order

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

The charges of returning the item is for the customer. If the entire order like on the original receipt is sent back, we will refund the original shipping costs from orders out of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
